Summary: The two week trip started with cold weather but the 2nd week was fabulous! The views from this well appointed condo are awesome. Beds are comfortable, home is very clean, and everything you need to prepare meals. We had a wonderful tome abd really enjoyed the balcony!

Summary: We enjoyed our 3 weeks at this condo. It is beautiful and the location is great. It also has a screened in patio that only 2 units per floor have.

Summary: My parents stayed here to be close to my Aunt, both to visit and support during cancer treatment. They loved the balcony and the place was immaculate. The damage from the hurricane may take some time to fix (pool and spa, dog area) but that's to be expected and they really would have used the balcony more than the pool anyway! They want to go back again. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Summary: The place is a combination of a luxury of 5-stars resort and the comfort of a home. Everything in the description is accurate: ocean view from each property’s windows, modern décor with new furniture and huge 75 TVs, outstanding amenities, and exceptional customer service. During our 4 weeks stay we did not want to even drive anywhere; the views from ocean-front balcony were magnificent and going for miles, long walks along the beach were very relaxing, pool and Jacuzzi was always available. We were lucky to see dolphins from the balcony and spend hours just hanging out there. The entire building is very well maintained and during our stay it was not very busy. Wonderful stay.

Summary: Pros: Spacious well appointed corner condo with amazing view of ocean and beach. Renter super accommodating and helpful. Nicely maintained building, Outdoor pool and hot tub area, public spaces w grand piano, library and pool table, efficient elevator, covered secure parking Pro/Con just north of DB Shores line, on Atlantic Ave “strip” - can walk to things but on busy road, not a lot of green spaces. Very “sparkly” decor but furniture comfortable and functional

Summary: Alan made sure we had everything we needed. The building had some issues with locks but nothing Alan could control. Fast and easy getting in and easy checking out. Very nicely decorated and great privacy.

Summary: I never give 5 star ratings for anything! This unit is perfect. We totally overpacked thinking we would need certain essentials but not only does this condo have every possible thing you could need, the quality is top-notch —- not your typical beach rental. Luxurious linens, high end appliances. We love having our coffee out on the deck each morning and listening to the ocean. It’s incredibly safe - almost too safe with key entrances needed everywhere you go. We brought our little dog and there’s a beautiful dog park in the building with a dog run along the side of the pool next to the beach - talk about a spoiled pup! There are two pools and two hot tubs and the beach is literally right here. My husband has played golf at at least a half a dozen different courses, we’ve been to amazing restaurants. If only we could stay forever. Thanks for a wonderful stay - we will be back!

Summary: Wonderful property! Enjoyed our stay at this fabulous condo. All new appliances, comfortable beds and fantastic views! The manager was very accommodating and helped to make our stay just perfect. We stayed over Christmas and it even included a very nice little Christmas tree! Nice touch. Looking forward to staying here again!

Summary: We stayed in this beautiful oceanfront oasis and could not have been more happy and comfortable. The owner and on site lady was so helpful and attentive. Everything is brand new and perfect. There are panoramic views of the ocean and beach from basically every room. We loved the beach and it is wide and clean. The condo building has everything that could want and the location is in the middle of everything Daytona has to offer. Highly recommend!
